Yogahour aims to be the most doable yet difficult one-hour flow class offered anywhere. Yogahour originated in Tucson Arizona by founder, Darren Rhodes. One of the central aims of yogahour is to support and sustain the local studio and the longevity of practice.

Unlike active classes with a lot of movement, restorative yoga is a simple and quiet practice. Restorative poses and the use of props allow the body to unwind stress and tension.
26 & Flow
